Since 1991, Quality Health Care Services has provided a variety of in-home services, from the highly technical to the most basic care. Our purpose is to provide a better quality of life for you or your loved one, by delivering personalized health care services, at home. Your satisfaction and comfort are our goals. Meeting your needs requires that we listen, understand your goals and pay attention to the relationships between the individual and the caregiver with open communication. We attempt to create comfortably fitting relationships with the appropriate skill-level to provide superior home care with heart.


RN's and LPN's provide skilled nursing care. The nurses along with therapists and doctors will help maintain a healthy and safe environment to meet each individual family’s needs. Private Duty nursing services are provided hourly. There is a 4-hour minimum per day and can provide up to 24 hours to meet your care needs. Services can be provided by a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Private Duty Nursing services provide a variety of care in a variety of settings. This could include ventilator care, infusion nursing care, and/or wound care.

Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) assist with daily living activities, bathing, personal grooming, and other special needs.

Quality Health Care Services is fully committed to providing the highest levels of quality in-home care therefore it is important for you to know we will not accept a client unless we have adequate staff on hand to manage the clients’ care needs. In addition, Quality Health Care Services is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).

To achieve this accreditation, QHCS had to meet the required standards in addition to the NC Licensure.
